Directions to the Quacumquasit WMA parking lot. The easiest directions would be to take Route 20 east to Sturbridge. Just before entering the town take a left onto RT 148 North (Fiskdale Road).  Go six miles to Lawrence Cross Road on the right, before RT9.  Take this road a short way and stay right, it turns into Lake Road. Follow this several miles to the lake.

The Wildlife Management parking lot is on your left. Here's what it looks like, (click on enlarge)

You can also take the Mass Turnpike out to Sturbridge get off at the RT 84 south exit and head down to RT 20 west and backtrack west through the town,  then take a right onto RT 148 north, (that's Fiskdale Road.) Then head north same as above.
