John Kulig was a good guy with a great sense of humor. He will be surely missed by those who new him personally.

"On Monday July 12, 2021 Maurry James Tamarkin, age 83, died peacefully as the result of a cardiac arrest suffered while making a spectacular diving catch during a pick-up softball game."

Hi to all our friends and relatives from Neal and Sandy Schermerhorn!
Sandy and I have downsized and bought a condo in Monson in late March.  Our new address is 46 Palmer Rd Suite 27, Monson MA 01057-9555.  Our  phone (413-267-3013) and email (nealsr2@gmail.com) remain the same. Hoping that this finds everyone well and we can stay in touch.

New Mass. Wildlife Management Area interactive map now available. 

The Division of Fisheries & Wildlife has a new open space map page. This is a wealth of information and has both WMA's and State forests, as well as many other types of public lands. Most have information on the parcel -just click on them.  Each area can be printed out. This is pretty cool, you can scroll to magnify in down to Topo lines.  Click and hold to move around, even find National forests all over the globe. Click on the satellite view and the WMA's are overlays on it.
